Richmond Diamonds 12U Clings To Victory As RVA Warriors- Goyne Nearly Erases 4-Run Deficit

Richmond Diamonds 12U built a four-run lead in the fourth inning and then held off RVA Warriors- Goyne's charge for a 9-8 victory on Saturday. RVA Warriors- Goyne scored two runs in the failed comeback on a error and a single by Jessie.

Both pitching staffs had their hands full, frequently dealing with runners on base. Richmond Diamonds 12U collected nine hits and RVA Warriors- Goyne had nine.
