Makayla farley Throws Perfect Game Over TSI, Takes Victory For Richmond Diamonds 12U

Makayla F hurled a perfect game on Saturday to lead Richmond Diamonds 12U past TSI 9-0. Makayla induced a fly out from Libby to end the game.

Richmond Diamonds 12U secured the victory thanks to six runs in the second inning. The offensive onslaught came from a sacrifice fly by Charleigh D, a home run by Makayla S, a groundout by Makayla, and a fielder's choice by Kelly W.

Makayla was credited with the victory for Richmond Diamonds 12U. The righty went five innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits, striking out six and walking zero.

Lila took the loss for TSI. The hurler allowed six hits and three runs over three innings, striking out three and walking one.

Heidi (guest player) started the game for TSI. Heidi lasted two innings, allowing two hits and six runs while striking out one

Richmond Diamonds 12U launched one home run on the day. Makayla had a homer in the second inning.
